The GSD are committed to the fair delivery of Government housing to those in our community most in need. Gibraltar needs to change the way we allocate homes for rental and co-ownership schemes for future generations of Gibraltarian's.

The GSD are the only political party committed to take means into account in the allocation of public housing. We aspire to giving opportunity to as many people as possible to eventually own their homes however there will be always be a need to provide Governmental rentals for those who are unable to buy. We must provide for both needs.

The GSD are acutely aware of the need to provide housing opportunities for our young people and we are committed to ensuring that all of our young can transition from rental accommodation into home ownership as their means improve over time.
